Airport Transport

It is not difficult to get from Austin’s Bergstrom Airport to our host property, the Hyatt Regency. You can catch a cab without any advance reservation for about $25. You can also avail yourself of discounts we have put in place with SuperShuttle and ExecuCar of Austin. Shared rides are as low as $13 each way and private rides are $50. Get complete info and make a reservation.

Sharing Rides, Rooms, and Contact Info

Most of you are arriving in Austin on Sat or Sun and several of you are still booking your rooms. The Hyatt is rapidly running out of rooms at the conference rate, and in fact, is already sold out for Sat, Sep 17. So there are several reasons to make contact with your fellow patrons before the event:

- To share a ride from the airport
- To seek a roommate on a sold-out night
- To offer up your room to a roommate (and save $$)
